Clementine’s Salon was established in 2011 and the company has since expanded to three locations in the Denver metro area, while also incorporating high-end skincare services. We are a commission-based salon, and are proud to foster a culture of integrity, kindness, and friendship. And a deep love of pizza. And coffee. Ok, and maybe some end-of-night dance parties.

Our passion is to provide each and every client with incomparable hospitality and service from the moment they walk through our doors. Our highest priority is to maintain genuine and lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring satisfaction with each visit. We pride ourselves on having talented professionals, superb customer service, and an honorable work ethic. Due to these values, Clementine’s has twice been named as one of the top salons in the nation by Elle Magazine, and was selected as Editor’s Choice for Best Salon by 5280 Magazine.

Our Back of House Coordinator is a very valuable part of our team. They help us maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environment. Doing salon laundry and dishes isn’t glamorous work, but it’s seen as one of the most important roles to our team of stylists and estheticians. As a back of house coordinator an eye for detail is key to success in this role: spotting rogue toner bottles and unswept hair before a guest sees it will help maintain the salon’s reputation. Equally important is how one will work under pressure. This person remains calm and composed in the face of a growing pile of color bowls, trash, deliveries, and laundry. The ideal candidate must also be reliable. Shifts where a back of house member no-shows are the worst kind of shifts — without clean laundry, an organized break room and organized color bar everything comes grinding to a halt.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an adequate supply of clean towels and capes for stylists and estheticians by keeping up with laundry.

  • Ensure service supplies are well-stocked by washing color bowls, bottles, and tools.

  • Unpack deliveries, reconcile packing slips, and put away orders.

  • Maintain an organized and well-stocked color bar and back bar.

  • Assist estheticians with prep work for various skin care services.

  • Take out trash and recycling as needed.

  • Sweep floors of loose hair and clear out the hair vacuum to maintain a clean salon environment.

  • Assist salon managers with special tasks.

  • Restock retail products, office goods, and more.
